Topics will include: rights of light, car parking rights, drainage rights; adding to the dominant land; vehicle access problems; implied easements; intensification of use; extinguishing easements

Lunch 1 – 2 pm

Topics will include: interpretation and enforceability; consequences of Alexander Devine v Housing Solutions; estate rentcharges; implications of Bath Rugby v Greenwood; changes to rentcharges under the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Bill 2023-24
