Conveyancing Course – Monday 13 April 2026 – Swansea.com Stadium
Bookings are now open for our first course of the year. You can book for either or both sessions (lunch is included whichever you choose). The morning session will start at 10 am (registration from 9.30) and will highlight issues, pitfalls and solutions around adverse possession and recent cases on boundary agreements and the general boundaries rule. The afternoon session will start at 2 pm and focus on the current issues and increasing differences between Building Regs and Planning Permissions in England & Wales. Further details of the topics covered here which sets out the programme for the day. As usual, members of SDLS are able to take advantage of a reduced course fee.
